Last weekend me and two of my best friends spent the day in the New Forest with all the beautiful horses. We also tried to find some deer, but was mostly unsuccessful. We did spot two very far away, and I did manage to take a (very!) zoomed in photo before they ran away but nothing up close sadly. I've always loved horses, when I was a little girl I had about 40 plastic toy horses, so I was in my element in the New Forest! It was a beautiful day, really lovely and sunny and the horses seemed really friendly! Here's some of the photos I took from the day :)
This horse was particularly friendly! We nicknamed her Gingerbread :) |
You can just spot the deer in the middle! |
Have you ever been to the New Forest? :)

DeleteI once had to take a trip down to near The New Forest for an audition and had no idea there were wild horses just wandering around until I spotted them on the drive back. I was hoping I'd get to go back so I could go and see them up close but although I did get the role they messed me around so much I didn't end up going back :(
ReplyDeleteAwhh no! Thats such a shame! :(! Xx
DeleteCute! I love horses. I used to own my own but he had to be given away :( are these wild horses that just hang in this beautiful forest?
ReplyDeleteAhh no!! Thats so sad! When I was little every birthday I would wish for a horse when I blew out my candles! haha Yeah, they literally just live in the forest. Some of them are owned but some of them are wild too! Xx
DeleteI love the New Forest.. always go out there regularly when it's a bit brighter! Always go and take a walk around Pigs Bush! Xx
